This post is based on ‘this one<\/a>‘, but now with some ‘print screens’ attached.<\/p>\n

I know it should not be necessary :), but unfortunately it is…
\nAnd because i could not find the solutions very easily\/quickly, i thought i should share it…<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Restart your server with an install disk in place.<\/li>\n
  2. Boot from this setup disc<\/li>\n
  3. Choose language and keyboard layout<\/li>\n
  4. Click Next<\/li>\n
  5. Click Repair you computer<\/li>\n
  6. Choose the right (mostly one?) installation<\/li>\n
  7. Start the ‘Command Prompt’<\/li>\n
  8. Type: C:<\/li>\n
  9. Type: cd Windows\\System32<\/li>\n
  10. Type: copy Utilman.exe Utilman.exe.backup<\/li>\n
  11. Type: copy cmd.exe Utilman.exe<\/li>\n
  12. Type: exit<\/li>\n
  13. Click ‘Restart’<\/li>\n
  14. Do a normal boot now<\/li>\n
  15. When ready to login…<\/li>\n
  16. Click the ‘Ease of access’ icon OR press [Windows] + [U]<\/li>\n
  17. A command prompt starts now\u00a0 (note that the titlebar says utilman.exe \ud83d\ude42 )<\/li>\n
  18. Type: net user “Administrator” “newpassword”<\/li>\n
  19. Type: exit<\/li>\n
  20. Login with the “Administrator” user and your new password “newpassword”<\/li>\n
  21. You are done now.<\/li>\n
  22. Do not forget to change back Utilman.exe.backup to Utilman.exe<\/li>\n
  23. If you do not have write acces on this file now…<\/li>\n
  24. Repeat steps 1 to 9 and then<\/li>\n
  25. Type: copy Utilman.exe.backup Utilman.exe<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
